Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Home Care Manager to lead and coordinate comprehensive home care services. In this vital role, you will oversee the delivery of personalized care, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and foster a supportive environment for both clients and staff. Your leadership will drive quality improvement initiatives, manage operations, and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of home care services to meet client needs effectively. Oversee management processes, ensuring appropriate care plans are developed and followed. Manage homecare teams, including support staff, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Ensure compliance with homecare regulations, state and Medicaid standards Monitor quality assurance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance patient outcomes. Assist with caregiver schedules, handling hiring and onboarding of new staff Maintaining accurate client and staff records Bridge communication between clients, staff and management Knowledge of homecare regulations, including Medicaid and EVV. Familiarity with management practices specific to home care environments. Prior experience in implementing quality improvement initiatives is highly desirable. $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
