Full-Time Prudential Home Health is seeking a motivated Home Care Marketing Representative to help grow awareness of our homemaker and caregiver services throughout the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting families with care, and supporting services that help people remain safe and independent at home. What You Will Do Build and maintain relationships with CCUs, social workers, case managers, hospitals, rehab facilities, senior centers, physicians' offices, churches, and community organizations Promote Prudential Home Health's homemaker and caregiver services Help generate client referrals through outreach and relationship building Attend community events, networking opportunities, and health fairs Follow up on leads and referral sources in a timely manner Maintain outreach records and referral tracking Work closely with leadership to support growth goals Represent the agency professionally in the community What We Are Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Experience in marketing, outreach, customer service, healthcare, home care, or social services preferred Strong communication and people skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable transportation for community visits Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Preferred Experience Home care Homemaker services Caregiver services Senior services Community outreach Healthcare referral development Why Join Prudential Home Health Competitive pay with room for growth Flexible schedule Life insurance Meaningful work serving families in the Matteson and surrounding communities Supportive team environment Work Location In person.
