Job Summary:

The Home Care Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our home care services, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality. This role involves managing staff, implementing policies and procedures, and coordinating with various departments to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the home care services, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Manage and support the HR/Office Coordinator in recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff. Ensure high-quality care delivery through regular staff performance evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance. Coordinate with caregivers, clients, and families to address concerns and improve service delivery. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all operations. Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role within the home care or healthcare industry. Strong understanding of home care operations, regulations, and best practices. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with healthcare management software.
