Position Overview The Home Care Sales Representative plays a key role in expanding Tremendous Care's presence across Orange County by developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral partners. This position focuses on educating partners about Tremendous Care's unique approach to home care, generating referrals, and supporting families through the care consultation process. This is a field-based role requiring approximately 75% travel throughout Orange County. Key Responsibilities Build and Maintain Referral Partnerships Develop relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior centers, home health agencies, hospice providers, social workers, case managers, and community organizations. Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for Tremendous Care within the senior care community. Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and community outreach initiatives. Drive Business Growth Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities and convert referrals into client consultations. Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM systems. Deliver presentations, lunch-and-learn sessions, and educational in-services to referral partners. Consistently meet and exceed sales and referral goals. Support Client Onboarding Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients and families when needed. Help ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new clients and caregivers. Respond to inquiries from prospective clients and families, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed. Qualifications Required 1+ year of experience in home care, home health, elder care, healthcare sales, or related consultative/B2B sales. Proven success building referral relationships and generating qualified leads. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to travel locally throughout Orange County (approximately 75% of the time). Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and social media outreach tools. Comfortable working in a quota-carrying sales environment with a results-driven mindset. Preferred B2B sales experience in healthcare, home care, hospice, senior living, or related industries. Experience conducting in-home consultations with prospective clients and families. Existing network within the Orange County senior care community, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources. Additional Requirements Ability to attend meetings in Costa Mesa, CA, as needed and travel throughout Orange County. Relocation to Orange County prior to employment is preferred. Willingness to travel extensively throughout Orange County (approximately 75% local travel).
Pay:
