Full Job Description Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual who is excited to be a Hybrid Caregiver and Marketer to join our team in the Denver Metro Area . This hybrid role involves providing exceptional in-home care for clients (some of the time) and also being involved in marketing and community outreach (the other of the time!) to promote our services and grow our community presence. As a part time Caregiver , you will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring they maintain a high quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. As a Marketing Representative , you will help expand our network by developing relationships with referral sources and the Community.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing (approx 50%) Conduct outreach to potential clients and referral sources (hospitals, clinics, etc.). Assist with community engagement efforts to raise awareness of our services. Build and maintain relationships with community partners. Caregiving (50%) Provide exceptional care for clients, assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility. Being the face of the company for new clients and initial visits while transitioning clients to our company Filling in on open shifts as needed
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Previous experience as a caregiver or in a homecare setting is required. Marketing experience or a passion for outreach and community engagement is required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation for travel within the Denver Metro Area (Mileage will be reimbursed in addition to your salary). Must be comfortable with both caregiving and marketing responsibilities.
