Personal Assistance Manager Position Type:

Full-Time or Part-Time | Hourly Wellspring Lutheran Services is a statewide nonprofit dedicated to serving seniors, families and children throughout Michigan. We are currently seeking In-Home Caregivers to join our Personal Assistance team serving clients in Saginaw and Frankenmuth. Responsibilities Travel to clients' homes or facilities to provide in-home support Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming and bathing Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities Prepare meals according to diet plans and assist with feeding as needed Complete light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe living environment Assist with grocery shopping and errands with or without the client present Support safe transfers and positioning within the home Provide personal hygiene support and medication reminders Assist with exercises as directed Respond promptly to client needs and requests Protect client rights and ensure privacy, dignity and well-being Manage time effectively and prioritize daily tasks Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred CNA license preferred Experience working with seniors or in a caregiving role preferred Valid Michigan driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation required Ability to work independently Positive attitude and commitment to quality care Schedule and Pay Full-time and part-time positions available Flexible scheduling based on client visit times Occasional weekend shifts based on client needs

Pay Rate:
