20-30 hours/week | Flexible daytime schedule $25-$29/hour DOE Seniors Helping Seniors East King is a growing in-home senior care agency dedicated to helping seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes through compassionate companionship and personal care support. We are seeking an organized, proactive, compassionate, and customer-focused Part-Time Home Care Office Coordinator / Client Services professional to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for someone with prior home care agency experience who understands caregiver scheduling, client communication, recruiting coordination, lead intake, and day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from prospective clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners Respond promptly to new care inquiries and help convert leads into scheduled consultations Support sales lead follow-up and client intake coordination Schedule consultations, home assessments, and follow-up appointments Coordinate caregiver interviews, onboarding paperwork, and hiring logistics Assist with caregiver scheduling, shift coverage, and call-out management Support caregiver/client matching and service coordination Maintain accurate records in WellSky Personal Care (preferred) or similar home care software Track documentation, compliance tasks, and operational follow-ups Support general office operations and administrative coordination Occasionally assist with client visits / assessments as the role evolves Preferred Qualifications 1-3+ years of home care agency office experience required Hands-on WellSky Personal Care experience strongly preferred (or similar platforms such as AxisCare, ClearCare, AlayaCare, or HHAeXchange) Experience with caregiver scheduling / staffing coordination Some sales, lead intake, inside sales, customer conversion, or client service experience preferred Strong phone communication and customer service skills Excellent organization and multitasking ability Comfortable working independently in a growing entrepreneurial environment Reliable transportation required Senior care / home care experience strongly preferred Why Join Us Meaningful mission-driven work helping seniors live with dignity and independence Flexible part-time daytime schedule Opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role as the agency expands Supportive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial work environment If you enjoy helping families, coordinating care, creating order in a fast-moving environment, and making a meaningful difference, we'd love to hear from you.
