Northeast Denver Area PRN / Part-Time $95-$125 per completed assessment visit Join our Team as an RN at ComForCare! As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dependable and compassionate PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and assist with in-home assessments and reassessments. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a supportive and mission-driven organization. Position Overview This flexible PRN role is ideal for an RN looking for supplemental hours while making a meaningful impact in the community. The nurse will complete in-home visits, client assessments, and reassessments while collaborating with our care team to ensure exceptional client support and continuity of care. Responsibilities Conduct in-home client assessments and reassessments Complete nursing visits and required documentation accurately and timely Observe and report changes in client condition or care needs Collaborate with office staff and caregivers to support quality care plans Provide compassionate, professional communication with clients and families Assist with additional nursing support as needed Schedule PRN / Part-Time Estimated 2-12 hours per week with opportunity to grow Flexible scheduling based on client needs and availability Qualifications Active RN license required Previous home health, hospice, or healthcare experience preferred Experience working with Medicaid clients is a plus Strong bedside manner and communication skills Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital documentation systems Self-motivated with a flexible, "go-getter" attitude Reliable transportation for local visits If you are looking for a flexible nursing opportunity where you can truly make a difference in your local community, we'd love to hear from you.
