This individual will be responsible for managing referrals, supporting families through critical decisions, and ensuring successful placements into appropriate care environments. The right candidate brings a well-rounded understanding of the senior care continuum and can operate independently while being a consistent and trusted advocate for clients. This is a front-facing, community-integrated role that requires clinical insight, logistical skill, and a compassionate heart for serving others. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Care Advisor, you'll act as the go-to advocate for families navigating the often-overwhelming world of senior care. This role blends relationship-building, problem-solving, and service-minded sales with the deeply rewarding work of supporting older adults through major life transitions to an appropriate senior care setting. Provide compassionate, solutions-based guidance to older adults and their families, often during stressful or emotional moments, by helping them understand their options and take the next step with confidence. Tour families through local assisted living, memory care, and other long-term care communities or agenices, ensuring a supportive experience from start to finish. Represent the company at community events, expos, and networking engagements to raise awareness of services and grow the referral network. Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to identify new opportunities, grow brand visibility, and support ongoing business development efforts. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, keeping all stakeholders (including referral sources) informed of progress and placement outcomes. Educate senior care community leadership about our value proposition and explore opportunities for deeper collaboration. Proactively follow up with clients post-placement to ensure satisfaction and provide continuity of care and service.
