Independent Living Assisted Living Memory Care Residential Assisted Living Homes Luxury Senior Living Communities Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) Home Care Home Health Hospice ALTCS / Medicaid Placement Respite Care Specialized Senior Care Resources Our mission is simple: Provide clarity, advocacy, and compassionate guidance when families need it most. What You'll Do As an EverCare Senior Care Advisor, you will: Meet with seniors and families to understand their medical, financial, and personal care needs. Educate families on available care options and help them make informed decisions. Recommend appropriate senior living communities, residential care homes, and other care resources from EverCare's trusted network. Coordinate and accompany community tours when appropriate. Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the decision-making and transition process. Build long-term referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, social workers, case managers, attorneys, fiduciaries, financial professionals, home care agencies, hospice providers, and senior living communities. Represent EverCare at networking events, educational programs, health fairs, and community meetings. Maintain organized client records and follow-up using our CRM and internal systems. Develop and grow your territory through consistent relationship-building and exceptional service. Many active advisors earn between $75,000 and $250,000+ annually , depending on activity, relationship development, and completed placements.
