Job Description
Aiken Memory Care is a state-of-the-art assisted living and memory care community dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care. We are currently seeking dependable and caring Caregivers to join our team. If you are passionate about helping seniors maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Monitor residents' condition and report changes to nursing staff Measure and document vital signs as required Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation while ensuring resident safety Support and follow individualized care plans Provide companionship, emotional support, and reassurance to residents Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members Maintain accurate and timely documentation per community standards Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a genuine desire to help others Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow instructions and care plans accurately Attention to detail and good observational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and repositioning residents as needed Prior caregiving or senior care experience preferred but not required (training provided) Schedule & Employment Type Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Per Diem, and Temporary positions available Flexible scheduling options Why Join Aiken Memory Care?
