Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document care provided and report any changes in client conditions to supervisors. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed. Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in personal care or nursing assistance preferred. Previous experience in home care or a similar role is highly desirable. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional care. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families. Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols. Must pass background checks and drug screenings. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
