In Home Caregiver

In this vital role, you will provide attentive, respectful, and professional support to clients in their own homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Your energetic approach and genuine care will help clients maintain independence while receiving the assistance they need to thrive daily. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and observe patients' health status, including vital signs and overall condition, reporting any changes promptly Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking Support clients with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices Maintain a clean, safe environment through regular cleaning and organization of the client's living space Document care activities thoroughly and adhere to all privacy standards such as HIPAA regulations Qualifications Prior experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred Knowledge of patient observation, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring Certifications in First Aid and CPR are required; additional certifications such as hospice care or dementia care are a plus Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, Alzheimer's disease, or memory care needs is advantageous Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient support Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are often necessary for home visits Join us in making a meaningful difference!
