Whether you have background in assisted living, home health, or long-term care, we welcome your expertise to help our clients thrive with dignity and respect. Responsibilities Deliver personalized care to clients, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Assistance in meal prep, laundry and light housekeeping Skills Proven experience in home care Familiarity with Alzheimer's care, dementia care, hospice care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality protocols Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with healthcare teams and families Valid CPR and First Aid certifications; additional certifications such as nursing or social work are required for all employees Join us to be part of a caring team committed to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. Pay:
