Wellhaven Home Care Charleston is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Caregiver to join our care team in Charleston, South Carolina. As a valued member of our team, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Our goal is to enhance our clients' quality of life by providing warm, professional, and respectful care.
Key Responsibilities:
Home Caregiver :
Provide one-on-one care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, as well as companionship and emotional support. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and preferences. Collaborate with other care professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring seamless coordination of care. Maintain accurate records of client care, including medication administration, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Home Caregiver :
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in home care or related field preferred. Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Passion for providing exceptional care and customer service.
