Hourly Range:

$16.50 to $17.50 per/hr At Home Matters Caregiving, we're committed to changing the way Home Care is provided. We're seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers who are committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care to older adults in their homes across Clemson, Anderson, Seneca, Pendleton, Easley, and the surrounding Upstate South Carolina area. What You'll Do:

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Provide personal care, including hygiene, grooming, and mobility assistance Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry Offer companionship and emotional support Monitor client safety and report changes to the care team Follow individualized care plans and document daily activities

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care or facility-based) Must reside in South Carolina Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance First Aid certification required per DHEC (paid training provided if needed) Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Dependable, punctual, and professional Able to meet the physical demands of caregiving duties.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Range:

$16.50 to 17.50 per hour Opportunity for pay increases based on experience, availability, and performance Weekly pay Mileage reimbursement for client travel.
