  • Part-time, Full-time Minimum 3 Year experience as an In-Home Caregiver BrightStar Care is currently seeking experienced In-Home Caregivers to fill openings within the West Columbia/Lexington/NE Columbia SC areas.
The ideal candidate should have prior home care experience, be open to flexible scheduling, and have a passion for providing compassionate care to clients in their homes. Requirements of the In-Home Caregiver
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of caregiving or home health aide experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license, own transportation, and proof of insurance
  • Ability to assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Open availability preferred
  • shifts may range from 4,6, or 8 hours depending on client needs
  • Day or Night Shift

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, personal care, etc.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
  • Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Assist with walking and transferring when needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervising staff
  • Ensure client safety and comfort while providing compassionate care
