Overview:

immediate hire We are seeking a compassionate PCA or personal care assistant to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geriatrics, hospital medicine, and medical-surgical care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings
• Monitor and report changes in health or behavior

Skills:

• Experience in geriatrics, personal care task, and Hoyer lift technique
• Experience in pediatric and disabled adults
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathy and patience when working with individuals in need of care
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
