Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Caregiver PM (Part-Time or Full-Time) to join our dynamic care team. In this vital role, you will provide personalized support and assistance to individuals with diverse needs, fostering independence and enhancing quality of life. Florence Senior Living Shifts:
6am-6pm 6pm-6am Responsibilities Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and observe patients for changes in condition, documenting vital signs and behavioral cues accurately Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption as needed Administer medications following prescribed care plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations for privacy and confidentiality Support residents with Alzheimer's, dementia, memory care, autism, or developmental disabilities through specialized techniques and patience Operate equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices safely during transfers and mobility support Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks like cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces Follow established care plans diligently, ensuring all procedures align with healthcare standards and safety protocols Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and report any concerns promptly Engage residents in social activities or companionship to promote mental well-being and community involvement Requirements Proven experience in home health, assisted living, nursing home settings, or group homes is highly preferred Valid certifications in CPR and First Aid; additional training in hospice care or dementia/Alzheimer's care is a plus Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy at all times Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required for patient transfers or mobility assistance Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and reporting changes accurately Experience working with individuals with disabilities, developmental disabilities, or special needs populations is desirable Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, patients, and families Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends or holidays as needed Join us in delivering compassionate care that truly makes a difference! $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
