Job Title:
Home Care Referral Partner
  • Earn $1,000
  • 4,000+/Month (Part-Time, Commission-Based) (Also aligns with roles such as Liaison Officer, Business Development Representative)
Overview:
Earn recurring monthly income by referring families in need of non-medical home care. Refer families → we handle care → you earn monthly income No cold selling No quotas No schedule This is a flexible, part-time income opportunity designed for people with existing connections
Why This Model Works:
We pay from real profit generated from your referrals — not marketing spend.
  • You only earn when real clients onboard
  • This creates stable, recurring income
  • No wasted effort chasing unqualified leads
Compensation Structure:
20+ hrs/week: Earn 20% of margin (~$295+ / month per client) 12-19 hrs/week: Earn 15% of margin (~$130
  • 210/month per client) Under 12 hrs/week: One-time referral bonus ($100
  • 200) How You Get Paid (Simple Example): Client billed: $34/hour Caregiver paid: $17/hour
Margin:
$17/hour If client receives ~85 hours/month: $17 × 85 = $1,445 monthly margin 20% payout = $289/month to you
Income Potential:
1 client = $3,468/year 6 clients = $20,800+/year 12 clients = $41,000+/year 24 clients = $83,000+/year The more clients you refer, the more your monthly income stacks
Payment Terms:
Paid monthly Paid for up to 12 months per client Begins after 30 days active Claw back applies if client cancels within 90 days Important (Read Before ing): This is not a salaried role No mileage reimbursement No marketing budget provided Not a W2 position This is ideal for individuals who already have relationships with families or seniors
