Employer-paid Dental and Vision insurance (full-time employees) Employer-paid Life Insurance (full-time employees) AFLAC supplemental plans available Mileage reimbursement Ongoing paid training and career growth opportunities What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility) Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Provide medication reminders (non-medical only) Accompany clients to appointments and errands (when authorized) Monitor and report changes in client condition Maintain accurate documentation of care Use company systems for scheduling, documentation, and communication during shifts What We're Looking For (Requirements) No experience required — we will train the right person Must be 18 or older Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and assist with mobility and transfers Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Must have a reliable smartphone capable of supporting required work applications (scheduling, communication, documentation) Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to pass background check and drug screening Hours are based on client needs and are not guaranteed Why ameriCARE Fort Mill We are a family-owned agency—not a large corporation.
