Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Support childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional growth Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap times in accordance with individual needs Implement behavior management strategies to foster positive interactions and encourage good habits Collaborate with families and team members to develop personalized care plans that meet each child's unique requirements Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards including first aid procedures when necessary Support children during playtime, educational activities, and transitions to help build confidence and independence Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or classroom settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Ability to manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques First aid certification and familiarity with emergency response procedures Experience caring for infants and toddlers, including feeding routines and developmental milestones Strong communication skills to collaborate with families and team members effectively Compassionate attitude with a genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and well-being Join us in creating a safe, joyful environment where children can thrive!
