Job Description:
We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Caregivers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential support and personal care services to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and clients recovering from illness or injury in the comfort of their homes. Caregiving can be both challenging and deeply rewarding. Our caregivers play a vital role in improving the quality of life, independence, and overall well-being of our clients through attentive care, companionship, and daily assistance. The ideal candidate is patient, trustworthy, attentive, and committed to providing exceptional care while maintaining client dignity and respect.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene Remind and assist clients with prescribed medications Support clients with mobility, transfers, walking, and transportation to appointments or errands Assist with physical therapy exercises and wellness routines as directed Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and client preferences Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishes, tidying, and organizing Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Assist with grocery shopping or accompany clients on errands Monitor client condition and report any changes or unusual incidents promptly Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Respond appropriately and responsibly during emergencies
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous caregiver or home care experience preferred CPR and First Aid certification preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, respectful, and patient demeanor Ability to follow care plans and instructions carefully Good time management and organizational skills Knowledge of basic housekeeping and meal preparation Ability to work independently and remain dependable Physical ability to assist with mobility and daily care tasks High school diploma or GED preferred Why Join Our Team? Compensation:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
