00 per hour (based on experience) About Us Helping Hands Healing Hearts LLC is a locally owned non-medical home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, dependable care that allows seniors to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes and assisted living communities. We are seeking caring, dependable individuals who have a passion for helping others and are committed to providing exceptional care. Job Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance. Provide companionship and emotional support. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed. Perform light housekeeping and laundry. Provide medication reminders (no medication administration). Assist with errands and transportation when appropriate. Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the office. Follow each client's individualized Plan of Care. Complete caregiver documentation accurately and on time. Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for every client. Qualifications Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required. CNA certification is a plus but not required. Compassionate, dependable, and professional. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must pass a criminal background check. Must pass a drug screening. Must have a current physical or be willing to obtain one before employment. CPR certification is preferred but not required.
