Role Overview:

As a Caregiver (Flexible Hours) at Assisting Hands Home Care of Fort Mill, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, personalized assistance to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure our clients maintain their independence and quality of life. You will work on-site in Lancaster, South Carolina, and enjoy the flexibility to choose your hours throughout the week, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily activities for clients. Assist clients with bathing, dressing, mobility, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients through light housekeeping tasks. Engage clients in meaningful companionship to enhance their quality of life. Communicate effectively with the care team to report changes in the client's condition.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Compassionate, patient, and caring attitude towards clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required. Must be able to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Bonus If You:

Have CPR and First Aid certification. Can communicate in a second language, especially Spanish. Have experience with clients who have special needs or disabilities.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position that offers flexible hours across weekdays and weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Lancaster, South Carolina.
