Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals Support clients in engaging with community activities or hobbies to enhance quality of life Qualifications Prior experience in home care or related settings preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Strong communication skills with a caring and respectful demeanor Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions accurately Knowledge of basic health monitoring techniques and emergency procedures Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Experience with diverse populations including geriatrics, post-acute care, or outpatient services is a plus Relevant certifications such as CPR or First Aid are advantageous but not mandatory Join us in delivering heartfelt care that empowers individuals to live comfortably and confidently at home.
