Summary This is a PRN position: We are seeking an In Home Caregiver to join our caring team with HomeBridge an extension of Westminster Towers. This role is essential in providing non-medical caregiver services to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their daily activities. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing the quality of life for seniors in our community. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life. Provide medication reminders. Prepare meals according to dietary needs and preferences. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Assist with mobility and heavy lifting as needed to ensure resident safety. Requirements Previous experience in home care or caregiving is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting (50 lbs+) and assist residents with mobility needs. Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor when working with seniors. Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
