Seneca, SC Job Summary:
Join our team at Home Matters Caregiving, a caregiver-focused, in-home care agency serving seniors and adults throughout Clemson, Pickens, Oconee, and surrounding Upstate South Carolina communities. We prioritize strong communication, consistent support, and long-term relationships with our caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a critical role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Provide personal care including hygiene, grooming, and mobility assistance Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry Offer companionship and emotional support Monitor client safety and report changes to the care team Follow individualized care plans and document daily activities
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience (home care or facility-based) Must reside in South Carolina Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance First Aid certification required per DHEC (paid training provided if needed) Must pass background check and drug screening Dependable, punctual, and professional Able to meet the physical demands of caregiving, including lifting up to 50 lbs
Compensation & Benefits:
