Respite Caregiver Needed ASAP- Simpsonville, SC (2 Adult Clients) Immediate Staffing
- Start ASAP! From The Heart Home Care is urgently hiring a dependable caregiver to provide respite services for two adult clients in Simpsonville, SC. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent part-time schedule while making a meaningful difference for two local families. Schedule Client #1 Saturday & Sunday | 9:00 AM
- 1:45 PM Client #2 Tuesday & Thursday | 1:30 PM
- 5:00 PM ➡ Approximately 16 hours per week Client Needs & Requirements Provide respite care and companionship Assist with transfers and mobility support Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and other personal care needs Meal preparation and medication reminders Light housekeeping and laundry Transportation for appointments and errands Monitor client safety and provide fall prevention assistance Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment What We're Looking For Experience providing respite care or personal care assistance preferred Experience with transfers, wheelchairs, Hoyer lifts, and fall prevention preferred Experience working with seizure disorders is a plus Must be dependable and reliable (attendance is critical) Compassionate, patient, and attentive Strong communication skills Must be willing and able to transport clients using your personal vehicle when needed Must have a reliable personal vehicle (REQUIRED•Uber/Lyft and ride-share services are not accepted for this position)
