Job Description
About the Role We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aide to join our team. The right candidate will have a heart for helping others, show up on time, and be ready to provide the best care possible to our clients. This position is strictly for being a call out/back up PCA as needed. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands Follow care plans and report any changes in client condition Maintain a safe and clean environment Show up to work reliably and on time Qualifications Previous caregiving experience (preferred, but not required — we provide training) Dependable and trustworthy Compassionate and patient Good communication skills Ability to pass background check and drug screening Reliable transportation Flexible Why Work With Us?
