Operations Manager Home Care Agency

About Us:

Heaven's Angel Homecare is a growing home care agency dedicated to providing high-quality, reliable care to seniors in our community. We are seeking a strong Operations Manager who can take ownership of daily operations and help bring structure, accountability, and consistency to our team.

Position Overview:

This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency. You will be the central point of coordination between office staff, caregivers, and clients—ensuring services run smoothly, schedules are filled, and issues are handled quickly. This is not an entry-level or assistant position. We are looking for someone who can lead, problem-solve, and operate independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the agency Manage caregiver scheduling and staffing Ensure all shifts are covered and handled efficiently Supervise office staff and ensure accountability Handle client and caregiver concerns professionally Monitor attendance, call-offs, and performance Ensure proper use of systems Identify and solve operational issues before they escalate

Requirements:

Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or operations management Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable using scheduling systems and technology Ability to take initiative and work independently

Compensation:

Pay:
