Role:

Join ComForCare Home Health Care as an In Home Caregiver in Clarksville, TN, where you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to those in need.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities. Administer medication and manage health monitoring tasks. Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with grocery shopping. Engage clients in social and recreational activities. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document client progress and report any changes to the care team. Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home health care preferred. Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare roles is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and assist clients with physical tasks. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing quality care. Background check clearance and CPR certification required. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
