Required Before Starting All new hires must complete 2 required certifications before Day 1 (fully paid by us):
CPR Certification Medication Administration Certification Important:
We cover the full class costs, but time spent completing these off-site certification classes is not paid hourly. Once completed, your paid onboarding and hands-on training begins. What You'll Do Support adults with disabilities with daily living activities Assist with hygiene, meals, medication support, and community outings Complete digital care documentation and medication logs Track completed care tasks using our digital reporting system Help maintain a safe and supportive living environment What You'll Need Compassion and reliability Valid Driver's License Smartphone with dependable access for digital reporting and task documentation Ability to work 12-hour shifts Ability to complete certifications before starting Ability to follow safety and medication procedures No prior caregiving experience required About Destination Healthcare Services Destination Healthcare Services is a trusted 24/7 residential care provider serving Davidson and Williamson Counties.
