  • Nashville, TN is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our exceptional home care team!
The primary focus of this position is to complete client assessments and to be a knowledgeable resource for our clients and the Nashville staff. The Registered Nurse will also assist in the office with compliance, administrative, and outreach tasks. The RN will complete a medical history and health assessment for clients in Nashville and the surrounding area. Initial and reassessments will be completed in person. The nurse's day will be split between in-home nursing visits and office work.
Registered Nurse Benefits:
$40/hr 3 days per week
Company Vehicle Registered Nurse Qualifications:
Active TN RN License Nursing degree from accredited program Experience in home care (preferable)
Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
In-home care assessments (development of a care plan) Virtual check-ins with current clients to ensure care quality Caregiver training Administrative support This role is centered on evaluation and coordination, not traditional bedside nursing. The emphasis is on observing, documenting, and guiding care rather than performing direct clinical procedures.
