Create and manage caregiver schedules with precision and care Ensure uninterrupted service by coordinating coverage for client needs Conduct monthly wellness calls and in-home visits Be the go-to for client updates, service changes, and support Supervise and motivate direct service employees Maintain a professional, welcoming office environment Uphold confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and Medicaid/Medicare regulations

What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of industry experience Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Tech-savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software Reliable transportation Ready to Apply?
