Job Description:
Provide personal care services to clients as identified per agency policies and procedures and assist with activities of daily living as follows: Assisting the client with daily personal care including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, etc. Light housekeeping and pet care as needed Prepare meals and companionship Transporting clients to errands and appointments Medication reminders and other responsibilities as needed Minimum Job Requirements Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation Ability and willingness to work harmoniously with staff, clients, and client's family members Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during working hours
