We provide personalized, in-home care ranging from companionship to comprehensive support—tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. We are currently hiring for a female client in Franklin who is motivated to regain strength. This client requires confident, skilled caregivers who understand proper body mechanics and have hands-on experience with safe transfers.
Current Opening:
Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-1:00 PM shifts Key Responsibilities Perform bed ↔ chair transfers as needed Assist with chair ↔ toilet transfers as needed Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including showering and hygiene support Support daily strengthening exercises Provide medication reminders Offer companionship and emotional encouragement Perform light housekeeping and light meal preparation Observe and document client progress; report changes in condition to appropriate team members Qualifications Demonstrated experience with safe transfers Strong understanding of proper body mechanics Ability to follow individualized care plans and protocols Compassionate, patient, and safety-focused Strong communication skills Experience preferred, but training provided All new hires receive 1:1 training with a Registered Nurse and/or Physician Assistant on their first shift.
