Experienced House Manager (Full Time)

We're looking for a highly organized, dependable, and experienced House Manager to lead one of our DIDD-compliant residential homes. This role is both hands-on and supervisory, overseeing up to five caregivers (Direct Support Professionals) while ensuring top-quality care and compliance across the home.

Duties Include:

Supervise and support up to five caregivers (DSPs) within the home Lead by example while ensuring all DIDD and agency standards are met Coordinate and attend medical appointments Maintain accurate and timely documentation Communicate follow-up needs to staff, management, and families Monitor and coach caregivers to ensure quality care and teamwork Oversee household schedules, logs, and daily routines Manage and reconcile client finances and spending records per DIDD policy Promote independence and inclusion for individuals supported Participate in all inspections, audits, and compliance reviews Use Outlook for email, Microsoft Word, and internal systems for reporting and communication Complete and submit reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual) Mandatory participation in on-call rotation for call-outs or urgent staffing needs

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license, current car insurance, and good driving record required Willing to complete a background check after a conditional job offer Minimum of 1 year experience in a lead or management position as a DSP or caregiver Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and basic computer reporting systems CPR and Medication Administration Certificates are mandatory Comfortable providing personal care when needed Able to lift, stand, bend, and walk throughout the workday Confident supervising and guiding a small team in a residential care setting Enjoy working with a 5-star healthcare service and join our team today.
