Job Description

Local non-medical HomeCare Company has a full time Lead Caregiver position Requirements Valid Driver's license 18 years or older Caregiving Experience and willing to be trained on all office duties as needed Must be able to handle last minute schedule changes Must be willing to travel on a daily basis and have reliable transportation Must have good communication skills Must be willing to fill in for call outs. Must be a team player and work well with others. Must be on time and dependable and available .
Responsibilities:
following policies and procedures, leadership to employees. constant communication with Manager, Assist office as needed with Client intake paperwork Training caregivers in the field quality checks Work client schedules as needed This position has potential for growth and advancement.
