Role:

Join our compassionate team at ComForCare Home Health Care in Maryville, TN, as a Caregiver. Make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients by providing essential support and companionship.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to healthcare professionals. Help with medication reminders and adherence to prescribed health plans. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document care provided and maintain accurate records. Engage clients in activities that promote physical and mental well-being. Collaborate with family members and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred. Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare support roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately. Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to lift and assist clients as needed. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation:
