Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver/Director Support Professional to provide exceptional support and care to individuals with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will have a genuine commitment to enhancing the quality of life for residents. This role involves delivering personalized care, assisting with daily activities, and supporting care plans while maintaining a safe and respectful environment. Duties Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Support medication administration and ensure adherence to prescribed care plans under supervision. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive and engaging environment. Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary guidelines and individual preferences, ensuring proper food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of living spaces by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and sanitation to promote a healthy environment. Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices safely while assisting residents with mobility needs. Skills Proven experience is helpful but not necessary. We will train. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; Valid Driver's License a MUST. Strong understanding of medication administration protocols and HIPAA compliance for patient privacy. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary. Capable of performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and meal preparation while maintaining professional boundaries. Pay:
$12.00 - $14.50 per hour
