Job Description

Join SYNERGY HomeCare and make a real difference by providing 1-on-1 in-home care. Support older adults and individuals with disabilities in living safely and independently in their own homes. Why Work With Us
    Competitive Pay:
    $15-$16+/hour + performance bonuses
      Flexible Pay:
      Tapcheck on-demand pay or biweekly payroll
        Benefits:
        Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance
          Paid Training:
          CPR/AED/First Aid certification included
            Overtime & Holiday Pay:
            Time-and-a-half
              Flexible Scheduling:
              Available for day shifts (7:00 AM-5:00 PM) and weekends.

              • Provide personal care, companionship, and daily living support
              • Light housekeeping and meal preparation
              • Transportation and errands as needed
              • Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families Who We're Looking For
              • Compassionate, reliable, and professional caregivers
              • Experience in personal care/companionship (CNA/HHA a plus, not required)
              • Strong communication and positive attitude
              • Valid Driver's License required
