  • $18 an hour 18 hours ago Qualifications Caregiving documentation requirements Caregiving Care documentation High school diploma or GED Psychiatric care Care plan implementation Full Job Description We are seeking compassionate and dependable Rehabilitation Assistants to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This role involves providing vocational and habilitation training, behavioral support, and daily supervision to help individuals achieve their goals and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow individual support plans to ensure the needs and active treatment requirements of persons served are met. Provide direct support, supervision, and assistance to individuals in daily activities and vocational programs. Communicate effectively with families, conservators, employers, and other stakeholders regarding participant progress and needs. Monitor and document changes in behavior, abilities, and treatment outcomes. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all persons served. Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and productive workplace. Assist in implementing active treatment interventions and support strategies. Participate in training and ongoing development activities as required.
Requirements:
Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends. Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation. Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
Pay:
$17.00
