• Luxury Home Care La Plume Home is a luxury home care and household support company serving clients in the Nashville and surrounding areas.

We specialize in elevated residential cleaning and home reset services for busy families and professionals who value consistency, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail. We are looking for experienced independent contractor cleaners to partner with us for residential cleaning jobs. This is a per-job contractor opportunity, not an hourly employee position. Contractors select their schedule and accept jobs in the service platform. This role is best for cleaners who already have paid residential cleaning experience, take pride in detailed work, and are comfortable providing service in higher-end private homes.

Compensation:

Contractors are paid 60% of the client service total for each completed job .

Example:

If a client service total is $300, the contractor payout is $180. Payment is based on completed jobs, not hourly time. Job totals may vary depending on the size of the home, service type, and client booking. Contractors keep 100% of all tips.

Responsibilities:

Contractors may provide services including: Detailed residential cleaning in private homes Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living area cleaning Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing Making beds and resetting rooms neatly Light tidying and home reset tasks Emptying trash and replacing liners Following client notes, service checklists, and La Plume Home standards Communicating clearly about completed tasks, supplies, timing, and any issues noticed during service Respecting client privacy, property, and household preferences

Contractor Requirements:

Applicants must: Have previous paid residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, or similar cleaning experience Carry active general liability insurance Provide proof of insurance before accepting jobs Have reliable transportation Have a valid driver's license Be able to travel to homes in Murfreesboro, Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, and surrounding areas Have a smartphone for scheduling and communication Be comfortable working in homes with pets Be able to pass a background check Provide professional references Be legally authorized to work in the United States Provide their own cleaning supplies/equipment unless otherwise agreed for a specific job
