We take pride in delivering high-quality lawn care, landscaping, hardscaping, excavation, and property maintenance services while providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for dependable, hardworking team members who take pride in their work and want to grow with our company. Job Responsibilities Perform weekly and bi-weekly lawn mowing services. String trimming, edging, and blowing off sidewalks, driveways, and patios. Landscape bed maintenance, including weeding, pruning, and mulch installation. Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and ornamental grasses. Install sod, seed, straw, and perform lawn renovations. Assist with paver patios, retaining walls, and other hardscape installations. Operate commercial lawn equipment safely and efficiently. Load, unload, and maintain tools, trailers, and equipment. Maintain clean job sites and provide professional service to customers. Follow all company safety procedures and work as part of a team. Qualifications Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Must be willing and able to travel to job sites within approximately a 70-mile radius of the Nashville, TN area. Overnight travel is rare and generally not required. Valid driver's license preferred. Reliable transportation to and from the designated daily meeting location. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be punctual, dependable, and prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience operating commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, mini excavators, or other landscape equipment is a plus.
