This role offers an opportunity to provide personalized, respectful, and high-quality care within the comfort of clients' homes. You will support clients in maintaining independence, ensuring safety, and enhancing their overall well-being through attentive and professional caregiving. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental health and social engagement Administer medication reminders and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments or errands Observe and report any changes in the client's health or behavior to family members or healthcare providers Follow care plans meticulously, ensuring safety protocols are adhered to at all times Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, incidents, and client progress Qualifications Previous experience in in-home caregiving or related healthcare roles is preferred Knowledge of medical-surgical care, geriatrics, and post-acute care practices is highly desirable Experience working with diverse populations including elderly clients or those with chronic conditions Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed care instructions accurately Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, especially in environments requiring Level II trauma center experience or hospital medicine expertise Familiarity with outpatient, clinic, sub-acute care, and inpatient settings is a plus Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred; ongoing training opportunities are available for skill enhancement Join us to provide vital support that empowers individuals to live safely and comfortably at home.
