Private Caregiver After Surgery Care LLC Nashville, TN Job Details Contract $18 - $24 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Professional development assistance Flexible schedule Qualifications Patient monitoring CPR Assisting with ADLs Patient interaction Home health Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Private Caregiver to provide personalized, high-quality care to Plastic Surgery patients that are recovering in their home or hotel in the Nashville area. This role involves supporting clients with daily activities, health monitoring, and emotional well-being, ensuring they maintain their post-op instructions and comfort. The ideal candidate will be energetic, attentive, and committed to enhancing the quality of life for those they serve. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference through compassionate caregiving and professional support. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient safety Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking as needed Support clients with mobility using equipment such as a wheelchair or other assistive devices Maintain detailed documentation of patient observations, care activities, and any changes in condition for care plans and reporting purposes Qualifications Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing home, or group home settings preferred Knowledge of patient care techniques including CPR or willingness to become CPR certified Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of patient information Ability to work independently while following established care plans and protocols Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and recognizing changes in health status Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams Ability to work day or night hours Join us in delivering compassionate private caregiving that truly makes a difference!
