We are looking for dependable, compassionate Caregivers to join our team and provide in-home care throughout Anderson, Morgan and Roane Counties . What We Offer $15.00-$16.00 per hour (based on experience & availability) Flexible scheduling: work 20-45 hours per week with 2-8 hour shifts Paid training so you feel confident in your role Ongoing employee development and career growth opportunities Benefits including: 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance & short-term disability Paid time off (PTO) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Referral program What You'll Do Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting) Prepare meals & offer medication reminders Assist with light housekeeping Offer companionship and emotional support Help ensure clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes What You Need Must be 18 years or older Compassionate and reliable attitude Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation Auto insurance with at least $50,000 liability coverage Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Caregiving experience is helpful but not required—we'll train the right person!
