The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by delivering personalized care with professionalism and empathy. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while working in a supportive and respectful environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor health by observing vital signs, reporting changes, and maintaining accurate documentation Assist with medications following prescribed care plans and State regulations Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being Support residents with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment through light housekeeping and sanitation tasks Follow all safety protocols including first aid, and infection control procedures Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement personalized care plans Assist with transportation to medical appointments or community activities when required Skills Caregiver experience preferred but not required (exp. could include caring for a family member) Knowledge of client observation techniques and monitoring Familiarity with medication administration and care planning processes Ability to perform light cleaning and meal preparation efficiently Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills for working with individuals with dementia and other disabilities Physical ability to assist with transfers Ability to work independently or as part of a team Join our team to provide compassionate care that improves lives every day.
