Thriving at Home Senior Care is seeking an experienced and dependable Team Lead Caregiver to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a strong caregiver who is ready to take the next step into leadership while continuing to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives. Position Overview:
As a Team Lead Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care to clients while also supporting and mentoring fellow caregivers. This is a hands-on role that combines caregiving responsibilities with leadership and team support.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities Serve as a point of support for caregivers in the field Help train and guide new team members Communicate effectively with office staff regarding client and caregiver needs Ensure quality of care and client satisfaction Lead by example with professionalism, compassion, and reliability
Qualifications:
Previous caregiving experience required CNA certification preferred Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented About Thriving at
